Creating a new news item

Who can do this task? Organization Users, Organization Super Users, Organization Administrators, and System Administrators

To create a new news item:

  1. View the list of news items.

  1. On the News Items Posted page, click the New News Item link. The New News Item page appears:

  1. Enter a subject for the news item.

  2. Enter the text for the news item.

  3. Spell check the news item.

  4. Format the news item.

  5. Insert a hyperlink into the news item.

  6. Attach files to the news item.

  7. Save the draft news item.
