Click the Contact Method box and select a contact method (Email or Fax) from the pull-down list, which will be used by the HAN system to contact you. The default choice is Email. If you are out-of-state, the system restricts the contact method to Email only. If the you are located in Idaho, you can use either contact method. If you click the question mark (?) icon next to the pull-down menu, a popup window appears which describes the purpose and use of the contact method. This is a required field.
