October 19, 2018 Dear Health Care Provider: Southeastern Idaho Public Health is pleased to announce a FREE four-session Healthy Diabetes Plate class series that will begin on Thursday, November 1st running through Thursday, November 29th (skipping Thanksgiving week). Classes are for prediabetics, diabetics or their caregivers. Classes will be from 3-5 pm at Southeastern Idaho Public Health located at 1901 Alvin Ricken Drive in Pocatello. Please feel free to pass this information on to any of your patients who could benefit from this class series.
