Primary
Role
Health messages are addressed
to specific roles rather than to individuals. You will receive all health
messages sent to your primary role by your assigned organization.
In the Primary Role box, click the drop down arrow to view a list of roles. Select the role that most closely describes your own role as a health provider. You can modify your role selection once you are approved as a 'registered user' in the system. |
Organizations
Organizations represent
district health departments. Most health messages will be sent to you by
your assigned organization.
An organization has been
selected for you based on your selected county. If there is another district
health department closer to you, click the drop down arrow in the
organization box and select the appropriate public health department.
Note:
The IDHW organization represents the Idaho Department of Health &
Welfare. This organization is
used by IDHW and health district employees only. |
Contact Method
In the Contact Method box, select the primary contact method you wish to use to receive health messages. You can choose e-mail or Text/SMS as a contact method. Note: Once you have been approved as a registered user, you can add alternate contacts to ensure you do not miss health messages. |
How to Register
1. Click Register on the menu; then review the registration terms and conditions.
2. If you accept them, click I agree.
3. Complete the User Registration form, and click submit.
Notification of access rights
You will be
notified within ten business days of submission if access has been granted or
denied. Include something about level of access. Include something about health
department
staff.
