If you forget your password

Who can do this task? Registered Users, Organization Users, Organization Super Users, Organization Administrators, and System Administrators

If you forget your password while logging on as a registered user, you can still log on if you know your answer to the security question.

To retrieve your password:

1. While logging on as a registered user, type your User ID and press Enter.

2. Click the Click Here link. The Forgot Password page appears:

   

3. Read your security question.

4. Enter your answer to the security question.

5. Click the Submit button. You are logged on.
