Archiving a sent health message

Who can do this task? Organization Users, Organization Super Users, Organization Administrators, and System Administrators

Archiving a sent health message changes the status from Sent to Archived and makes it available to forward to another recipient.

Note: The Archive button only appears for health messages with a status of Sent. An archived health message cannot be archived more than once.

To archive a sent health message:

  1. View the details of a sent health message.

  1. Scroll down to the bottom of the Health Message Details Sent/Archived page and click Archive. A confirmation dialog box appears with the following message:

"Are you sure you want to archive this item? (OK=Yes, Cancel=No)"

  1. Do one of the following:

  2. Click Close to return to the Health Messages Sent page.
