Who can do this task? Anonymous Users, Registered Users, Organization Users, Organization Super Users, Organization Administrators, and System Administrators
To view news item attachments:
On the News Item Details Posted/Archived page or the News Item Details Draft page, click the Download link on the line for the file you want to view. The binary file attachment is downloaded to your computer.
Note: Look at the file size under the Size column to ensure that your hard drive has enough available capacity for the file you are downloading.
Open the file in the appropriate application on your computer.
