Who can do this task? Organization Users, Organization Super Users, Organization Administrators, and System Administrators
To enter news item text on the New News Item page or on the Editing News Item page:
Click the Message Text box.
Enter the text of the news item in the Message Text box in one of two ways:
Enter the text manually.
Cut and paste the text from another document, such as Microsoft Word.
Note: The text will wrap around automatically.
