Formatting a news item

Who can do this task? Organization Users, Organization Super Users, Organization Administrators, and System Administrators

To format a news item on the New News Item page or on the Editing News Item page:

  1. Select a block of text.

  2. Click the Font box and select a font.

  3. Click the Size box and select a font size.

  4. Click the Color box and select a font color.

  5. Click the Highlight box and select a highlight color.

  6. Click one of the following formatting icons: Bold, Italic, Underline, Superscript, Subscript, Strikethrough, Left Justify, Center Justify, Right Justify, Numbered list, Bullet list, Outdent, Indent, Cut, Copy, Paste, Undo, or Redo.
