Sorting the system log summary

Who can do this task? System Administrators

To sort the system log:

1. View the system log summary.

Note: By default, the list is sorted in reverse chronological order by the Date/Time field.

2. On the System Log Summary page, click a table heading (Date/Time, Function, Performed By, or ID) the first time to re-sort the list by that column field in ascending order ("up" arrow).

   

3. Click a table heading the second time to re-sort the list by that column field in descending order ("down" arrow).

4. Click a table heading subsequent times to repeat the sorting order in steps 2 and 3.
