Who can do this task? Anonymous Users, Registered Users, Organization Users, Organization Super Users, Organization Administrators, and System Administrators
The default sorting order for health messages is ascending order by message ID number. You can sort health messages in ascending or descending order by the following column headings:
ID: Sort health messages in numerical order by message ID number.
Subject: Sort health messages in alphabetical order by subject title.
Sent By: Sort health messages in alphabetical order by the sender's organization alias name.
Date: Sort health messages in chronological order by the date and time when the messages were sent.
(Paper clip icon): The paper clip icon denotes message attachments. If the message has an attachment, a checkmark appears in the checkbox on the message line. If the message has no attachments, the checkbox is unchecked. This column heading is not sortable.
Priority: Sort health messages in order of priority level severity.
To sort health messages:
On the Health Messages Sent page, click a column heading the first time to sort the column in ascending order (an "up" arrow appears in the column heading).
Click a column heading the second time to re-sort the column in descending order (a "down" arrow appears in the column heading).
Click a column heading once again to re-sort the column in ascending order.
