The top half of the Health Message Recipients page permits you to filter users defined in Idaho HAN and select them as message recipients. The recipients can be filtered by Organization, County, or Role (Internal or External), based on the following parameters:
Your user type as the health message creator
Your organization type (State of Idaho or Health District)
Whether you are selecting recipients for your own organization or for another organization
