Filtering news items with Set Filter

Who can do this task? Anonymous Users, Registered Users, Organization Users, Organization Super Users, Organization Administrators, and System Administrators

You can filter news items by using the Set Filter option to filter on a combination of Subject, Sent By, and Date Sent.

Note: The Set Filter function operates exactly the same way for Health Messages and News Items.

To filter news items with the Set Filter option:

1. View the list of news items.

2. On the News Items Posted page, click the Set Filter link.

   

3. Follow steps 3 through 9 in Filtering health messages with Set Filter. The News Items Filtered page then appears.
