Who can do this task? Organization Users, Organization Super Users, Organization Administrators, and System Administrators
Posting a draft news item makes the news item available for all users to view.
To post a draft news item:
Scroll down to the bottom of the Successfully Saved Record page and click Post. A confirmation dialog box appears with the following message:
"Are you sure you want to POST this News Item? Clicking 'OK' button will post the news item and make it available for all users to view. (OK=Yes, Cancel=No)"
Do one of the following:
Click OK to post the news item, then click the Continue link.
Click Cancel to cancel the send request and remain on the Successfully Saved Record page.
