Viewing the user list

Who can do this task? Organization Administrators and System Administrators

The User Administration page shows a list of users who are in the system and who can be administered by Organization and System Administrators. The following table shows the users that will appear on the User Administration page:

This administrator can view...

These users:

Organization Administrator

All users in the system that match the Organization Administrator's organization.

System Administrator

All users in the system, regardless of organization.

To view the user list:

  1. On the Home Page, click Manage Users. The User Administration page appears:

  1. To view additional pages of the list, ten items at a time, click in the Page box, enter the page number of the page you want to view, and then click Go.

  2. To view the previous page, click the Previous link. To view the next page, click the Next link.

Note: The current page you are viewing appears in the gray band above the Previous and Next links as "Viewing page x of y", where 'x' is the current page number and 'y' is the total number of pages that can be viewed.

Name:

The name of the user displayed in the following format: Last_Name, First_Name, MI.

Company:

The company the user belongs to.

Organization:

The organization the user is affiliated with.

Status:

The status of the user.
