Creating a new health message
Who can do this task? Organization Users, Organization
Super Users, Organization Administrators, and System Administrators
To create a new health message:
View
the list of health messages.
On the Health Messages
Sent page,
click the New Health Msg link
at the top of the page. The New Health Message page
appears:
Assign a privacy ranking
to the health message.
Enter a subject for the
health message.
Assign a priority level
to the health message.
Enter the message text
for the health message.
Spell check the health
message.
Format the health message.
Insert a hyperlink into
the health message.
Attach files to the health
message.
Select the health message
recipients.
Save the draft health
message.
