Creating a new health message

Who can do this task? Organization Users, Organization Super Users, Organization Administrators, and System Administrators

To create a new health message:

  1. View the list of health messages.

  2. On the Health Messages Sent page, click the New Health Msg link at the top of the page. The New Health Message page appears:

  1. Assign a privacy ranking to the health message.

  1. Enter a subject for the health message.

  2. Assign a priority level to the health message.

  3. Enter the message text for the health message.

  4. Spell check the health message.

  5. Format the health message.

  6. Insert a hyperlink into the health message.

  7. Attach files to the health message.

  8. Select the health message recipients.

  9. Save the draft health message.
